We will test, check, and maintain everything from fryers to ice machines  and our engineers are gas safety registered  to ensure you comply with health and safety regulations.

We also work with large chains and understand the need for consistent standards across multiple sites. Our engineers can provide full reports on all kitchen and refrigeration equipment at every location and arrange regular maintenance checks to ensure each pub kitchen is operating smoothly.

  • Can I pay by credit card?

    Yes, you can. We accept all major UK debit and credit cards.

  • Do you offer maintenance contracts?

    We offer a full range of pre-planned maintenance packages (PPM) to suit any commercial kitchen or budget from small independent restaurants to commercial catering. Our engineers will come out and regularly test and service your kitchen equipment and repair or replace any parts before they wear out or malfunction. This can include the servicing of ovens, refrigeration units and chillers, extraction and ventilation, air conditioning units, ice machines, and all other commercial kitchen equipment.

  • Will the Engineer fix the fault first time?

    Although we endeavour to fix faults on our first visit, there will, of course, be occasions where additional non-standard parts are required. On these occasions, we will arrange for the swift delivery of the spare part. We will then schedule our engineer to return as soon as possible. We guarantee to keep you informed of timescales and ensure all deadlines are completed on time and on-budget.

  • Can you look after everything in my kitchen?

    We have engineers who specialise across a wide range of kitchen equipment. On infrequent occasions, our engineer is unable to help we will be able to offer advice and engage with a trusted partner to assist you fully.

  • Does the engineer carry spare parts?

    All of our engineers carry a good selection of commonly required spare parts. When any additional parts are required, we can obtain manufacturer-approved spare parts. Once ordered, we will let you know precise timescales for completion of work to allow you to plan your schedule efficiently.
