We provide pre-planned preventative maintenance packages (PPM) that are tailored to the specific needs and budget of your restaurant kitchen. Planned preventative maintenance can be factored into your monthly costs and help avoid unwanted kitchen downtime and the knock-on effects of poor reviews.

Our engineers will come out and regularly test and service your kitchen equipment to keep it in good working order. We can organise this around your busy periods so to not disrupt your kitchen time to prepare and deliver services. This includes the maintenance of ovens, refrigeration units and chillers, air conditioning units, deep fat fryers, ice machines, and all other restaurant kitchen equipment. Our engineers are also fully certified to test your gas appliances to ensure they meet gas safety regulations.

In the event of an emergency, our engineers will come out quickly to you, wherever you are in the UK. We carry an extensive stock of spare parts for a wide range of equipment used in most restaurant kitchens – including generic parts for temporary fixes if needed – and aim to solve most problems on the spot.   • Does the engineer carry spare parts?

    All of our engineers carry a good selection of commonly required spare parts. When any additional parts are required, we can obtain manufacturer-approved spare parts. Once ordered, we will let you know precise timescales for completion of work to allow you to plan your schedule efficiently.

  • Can you look after everything in my kitchen?

    We have engineers who specialise across a wide range of kitchen equipment. On infrequent occasions, our engineer is unable to help we will be able to offer advice and engage with a trusted partner to assist you fully.

  • Will the Engineer fix the fault first time?

    Although we endeavour to fix faults on our first visit, there will, of course, be occasions where additional non-standard parts are required. On these occasions, we will arrange for the swift delivery of the spare part. We will then schedule our engineer to return as soon as possible. We guarantee to keep you informed of timescales and ensure all deadlines are completed on time and on-budget.

  • Do you offer maintenance contracts?

    We offer a full range of pre-planned maintenance packages (PPM) to suit any commercial kitchen or budget from small independent restaurants to commercial catering. Our engineers will come out and regularly test and service your kitchen equipment and repair or replace any parts before they wear out or malfunction. This can include the servicing of ovens, refrigeration units and chillers, extraction and ventilation, air conditioning units, ice machines, and all other commercial kitchen equipment.

  • Can I pay by credit card?

    Yes, you can. We accept all major UK debit and credit cards.
